Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hiking Footwear: Once worn, footwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Hydration Products: Items like water bottles and hydration bladders cannot be returned once used.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by ClimbPro Store.
