Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hiking Footwear – Once worn, footwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Hydration Products – Items like water bottles and hydration bladders cannot be returned once used.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by ClimbPro Store.
